Bio Dev Ganesan

As president and CEO of Intelliworks Inc., Dev Ganesan is responsible for the company’s strategy and operational execution. In his professional career, Mr. Ganesan has consistently elevated high-tech companies to market leader status with a proven track record for success including two IPOs.

Prior to joining Intelliworks, Mr. Ganesan served as president and CEO of TRADOS, Incorporated, the market leader for globalization management and productivity software, venture-backed by Sequoia Capital and Microsoft Inc.. During his tenure, Mr. Ganesan established a clear vision and built a professional, high-performing customer-focused global organization.

As executive vice president and chief financial officer of Advanced Communication Systems, Mr. Ganesan led ACS through a period of significant expansion, growing revenues from $36m to $220m in less than four years. He was instrumental in the company’s IPO and follow-on offering, and responsible for completing and integrating five strategic acquisitions in 36 months.

Mr. Ganesan serves on the board of directors of Welocalize, Inc. and MeasureLive, Inc. Mr. Ganesan is also a Fellow for Executive Education at the Robert H. Smith School of Business, University of Maryland, College Park, where he engages groups in the areas of entrepreneurship, global management and technology. Recently he served as the Co-President of the Washington DC Chapter of TiE and on the board of Northern Virginia Technology Council.———–
