Sprider forskning om innovation, entreprenörskap och småföretagande.
Kort om föreläsningen:
In this lecture, the focus is on the question: How do SMEs produce and maintain creative potential? The main idea is that the heart of entrepreneurship is about creativity and that creativity affects cultural innovations in society. Yet, many companies have a hard time maintaining their creative potential over the years. Entrepreneurial companies have their own social and personnel practices of becoming innovative. These practices will be illustrated in stories of high tech firms and some metaphors, such as ’playing’ and ’noise’, will be developed to exemplify the creative process.
