Understanding the innovation genome

Date:
Lecturers: PhD Anders Berglund, Cenox Solutions, and PhD Neeraj Sonalkar, Stanford University

About the lecture:

What are the building blocks of radical innovation? How are successful innovation teams, companies and regional ecosystems constructed? And what kind of infrastructure supports learning throughout the organization?

These questions are of great importance to any company seeking to become more innovative. And there is much to be learned from current research and practice. In this talk, Anders Berglund and Neeraj Sonalkar will present design thinking behaviours and capital formation behaviours at individual, team, organizational and regional levels that have been shown to influence innovation outcomes.

They will discuss organizational transformation in both emerging and developed countries, drawing from their work on building innovation ecosystems in India and Nigeria, as well as developing high-performance innovation teams in companies in the US and Europe.
